Can I keep my mobile number when I come over to Vodafone?

What is 3G?
3G is a new type of mobile technology which lets us provide you with more information and entertainment than the current Vodafone live! services. For Vodafone Mobile Connect Card users, it means faster access speed on internet and email*.
What 3G services does Vodafone offer?
Vodafone offers two 3G products:
- Vodafone live! with 3G and
- Vodafone mobile broadband
Both these products are already available from Vodafone, however, with the power of 3G you'll be able to do so much more with them, for example:
- Vodafone live! with 3G lets you experience video calling,* download music to your mobile, download news and information from around the world (including music, entertainment and news videos), play 3D games, plus much more.
- Vodafone mobile broadband lets you access the Internet and your email up-to four times faster than the current speeds.

How do I block my lost or stolen mobile?
- You can report your SIM or mobile device lost or stolen by contacting Vodafone at any time of the day or night, 7 days a week on 1800 638 638 or from overseas on +61 414 123 123.
- At the same time, simply request that your mobile be blocked. This will prevent your mobile handset from being used on any network. (As a safety measure, blocked handsets can still be used to dial emergency calls to 000 and 112.)
There is no charge for blocking.
What should I do if I find my lost or stolen handset?
If your phone has been found and you wish to unbar your handset, please contact Vodafone at any time of the day or night, 7 days a week on 1800 638 638 or from overseas on +61 414 123 123.
How do I view my Vodafone bill online?
Prepay and On Account customers can view their account and call details online with My Account. If you are billed by a Vodafone Service Provider, please contact them to enquire as to whether they provide an online account service.
