Managing My Account On My Mobile
Manage your account and spend on the go
You can check your account balance, pay your bill or recharge your account free-of-charge, wherever you are, directly from your mobile.
How do I check my account balance?
- Go to the Vodafone menu on your mobile
- Select 'My Account' and then 'Balance'
- A TXT will instantly be sent to your mobile with your current account balance
- Or you can send a blank TXT message to 1512 and a TXT with your balance will be sent back with you
How do I pay my bill or recharge my account?
If you're on Prepay:
- Go to the Vodafone menu on your mobile
- Select 'My Account', 'Pay Account' and then 'Prepay'
- Click on 'Register Credit Card' and follow prompts to register your credit card
- Click on 'Recharge' and follow prompts to add credit to your account
If you're On Contract or On Account:
- Go to the Vodafone menu on your mobile
- Select 'My Account', 'Pay Account' then 'Pay Monthly'
- Click on 'Pay my bill' and follow the prompts
