Changing Your Plan
Feel free to do so at any time
You can switch to a bigger Cap as often as once a month, without incurring a fee. You can also switch back to your original Cap, too, without charge.
However, if you want to switch to a smaller Cap, but without changing the length of your Contract, you’ll be charged a Contract Plan Change fee, which will appear on your next bill.
How to change Caps
There are a few things to keep in mind when considering a change of plan:
- Any unused credit on your current plan is forfeited immediately
- You can only change plans once per month
- Your request for a change must be made at least one day prior to your next billing period
- The change will be effective from the start of your next billing period
