This shared Cap is designed to control costs and give you great flexibility. You choose the Cap that fits your team’s usage levels and then nominate the number of staff you want connected to it in the same Business User Group.
Each Cap allows for a range of connections, so as long as you stick within your limit you can add new staff to the Cap for free.

- Free extension dialling (calling team members is like dialling an extension number from your desk phone)
- Discounted international call rates
- Unlimited free calls within Australia between user groups
- Nominate 1 - 8 landlines in your group for calls to those numbers to be free

What happens if you exceed your Business Cap?
If your business suddenly booms, you may find you exceed your Cap's included value. If it continues to happen, it's a good idea to change to a bigger Cap. Call 1555 from your mobile to change your Business Cap.
